We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days, 7 days for bicycles, and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.


ONE YEAR FREE ADJUSTMENTS WITH ALL NEW BIKE PURCHASES

We want you to Enjoy the Ride, so all new bikes purchased at Bikebarn come with 12 months of free unlimited adjustments* which includes:

  • mechanical brake adjustment and caliper alignment
  • shifting adjustment
  • wheel truing and spoke tensioning
  • headset, hub, and bottom bracket bearing adjustment
  • rear swingarm pivot and bearing adjustment
  • chain lubrication
  • tire pressure checking

*Does not include hydraulic brake bleeding, suspension fork service, rear shock service, replacement parts, and/or adjustment of excessively worn/damaged parts


FREE & HALF-PRICE BIKE FITTINGS

We offer a complete bike fitting for FREE for bicycles purchased at Bikebarn OVER $1500. We offer complete bike fitting for HALF-PRICE for bicycles purchased at Bikebarn UNDER $1500. The normal service fee for a complete bike fitting is $150.

  • As indicated on our web catalog, most bicycles are for sale and pickup only at bikebarn in Whitman — and not available for shipping.
  • Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight.
  • Gift Cards $50 or more ship FREE via USPS.
  • For items that are in stock in our store locations, orders usually ship in 1–3 business days.
  • For items that are available from our warehouse, orders usually ship in 1–2 weeks.
  • Sorry, we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.

GIFT CARDS & SHIPPING (Continental U.S.)

Gift Cards $50 or more come with an envelope & notecard as well as a FREE gift box, FREE bottle, and FREE sticker. They ship for FREE via standard USPS. We can ship directly to recipient and we can fill out the  "notecard"  for you - simply include the desired text/info in the "comments" section of the checkout process. Expected 2-4 day delivery for Gift Card and Gift Box in New England.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. 

Credit cards are required to verify purchases but transactions are not completed until item(s) are picked up in store. Please bring your credit card to the store at the time of pick up.


INFORMATION SECURITY

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.


RETURNS

If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can bring it to our store. In stock bicycles, not special orders, may be returned within 7 days if bike is in new condition and undamaged as verified by our mechanics. Apparel and accessories may be returned within 30 days if unused. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)

And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. LAYAWAY

In-store purchases over $100 are eligible for layaway. The terms of our Layaway Plan are: 10% deposit, 0% interest on payments, and 90 days to pay off the balance to avoid any fees.
