eBike Services
**Please note: We are only able to support and work on electric systems from brands we sell or ones equipped with Bosch, Brose, Shimano, Specialized, Trek or TQ brand motors at this time. **
At bikebarn we can perform on-site diagnostics to help evaluate your electric bike - and we'll repair what we can. We can also help answer any questions you might have - as well as offer maintenance tips & suggestions to help you keep riding.
When bringing your eBike in for service we ask that you bring the key, battery, and charger. If possible, please charge your bike before dropping it off for service. The quicker we can diagnose the issues with your bike the quicker we can order parts and make repairs.
Unfortunately, we do not have the training or equipment to service e-bikes manufactured with other systems. For these bikes we can offer most non-eBike services such as tune ups, shift or brake adjustments, tire and tube replacements. If you are leaving a non-supported eBike for service we ask that you take the battery with you.
