We think that makes sense, and it's what we were trying to do when we were stuffing bigger tires into our existing frames and swapping in aftermarket forks to get a 40mm tire up front. MULTIPLE CONFIGURATIONS - We designed Aspero with clearance for up to 700c x 40mm tires or 650b x 49mm tires. Of course, there are variables—rim width, tire casing, and tread depth—which will affect final clearance. We always recommend 4mm of clearance between the tire and frame. TWO-POSITION ADJUSTMENT - Trail (front-wheel response to rider input) is the most critical factor in high-velocity handling. Flipping the two-position "Trail Mixer" to compensate for the difference in circumference between a 650b and 700c tire maintains consistent handling by maintaining consistent trail figures. BALANCED HANDLING - Stiffness and handling work together to ensure the bike tracks predictably and responds immediately to critical pedal and bracing inputs.

DESCENDED FROM GREATNESS Take one look at the all-new P-Series, and you’ll notice a striking resemblance to our flagship TT bike, the P5. P-Series benefits from all the racing, wind tunnel time, and testing required to make the P5 the fastest TT bike in the World Tour, but adds a couple features that make it a perfect companion for a triathlon of any distance. P-Series uses a fork with a D-shaped steerer tube and round stem interface. This means you can use whichever basebar and extensions you prefer, and make changes if your fit or preference changes. It’s also significantly more adaptable if you have very specific fit requirements. Increased wheel and tire clearance, reduced aerodynamic drag, neater cable routing, and Cervelo’s first internal frame storage all add up to create the bike of choice for those looking to make the most of the time between T1 and T2. FREE SPEED The new P-Series frame is 5.9 grams faster than the outgoing one, but the added tire clearance makes room for the Reserve 52/63 wheels, and 29mm Vittoria tires, which combine for a 30 grams or 3.5 watts savings vs the Reserve 50/Vittoria 28 combo. IN-FRAME STORAGE New this year on the P-Series, the in-frame storage is designed for a tube, small multi-tool, and a CO2 canister. The hatch is easily removable with or without a bottle in place—just flip the lock and pull. FUEL FOR THE RUN In addition to the all-new in-frame storage, we still ship every P-Series with the Smartpak 400, our top tube-mounted bento box, which makes fueling on the bike much simpler without sacrificing aerodynamics. FIT FOR SPEED The P-Series is all about adapting to the athlete. Maximum stack increased to 53mm, and we include spacers to bring the basebar up that high. Fitting and positions are evolving, and P-Series offers the most flexibility in an incredibly fast package.

So it seemed to make sense to ask Chad to come up with a bike that he would be hyped to wheelie at ride-outs. A 140mm-travel fork is paired with 130mm at the rear, the lower-link VPP configuration of which leaves you feeling there's a lot more travel at hand. And, you can choose how out of hand you want to get, as this pocket rocket fits all sizes and types of rear shocks. It's no handful, either. The relatively slack head angle makes it predictable to steer, the relatively low BB height turns like it's on tracks, and the short chainstays make this plaything easy to pick up and throw around. No matter how much of a big kid you are, the bike grows with you. We've tailored the geometry so frame size is matched to size-specific chainstay lengths and super-low standover heights make it feel (almost) like that BMX you had as a kid. Okay, perhaps that's a bit nostalgic, but the 5010's certainly a perfect gateway to the highs only proper mountain biking can offer. The 5010's balance and poise can turn any rider from cautious neophyte into a full-fledged flyer. The legendary Santa Cruz fit, finish, and quality construction make this pocket rocket tougher than a Tonka toy. The road goes on forever and the party never ends. When the Stigmata was resurrected in 2015, we fused a number of MTB standards and design features to create our spin on the modern CX bike. Something must have clicked, because, within months of launch, it raced to victory at the legendary Three Peaks and has continued to contend at elite cyclocross races around the world. Nowadays, the internally routed disc brakes, generous tire clearance, and thru-axle approach that made the Stigmata famous have become more of a norm, so we took a fresh look at which standards the riders of tomorrow wanted access to today. Threaded bottom brackets remain a perennial favorite across our entire line thanks to their proven robust, cost-effective, and compatible design. "If it ain't broke…" ...and it never is. Fender mounts add a bit of CYA and highlight the Stigmata's ever-widening scope of purpose. We added to that with three bottle cage mounts so that the frame can still hold at least one normal bottle even when running a front triangle bag. Deeper adventures and bigger tires, perhaps? The frame now clears up to a 45mm 700c or a 2.1" 650B tire. Marry the latter to our Force/X01 AXS mashup kit, and you've got yourself the kind of drop-bar singletrack and gravel rallycat we can all get onboard with. And, when it comes to good old-fashioned off-road etiquette, the Stigmata's had some coaching at the Highball school of stiffness, handling, and offroad feel. The carbon layup borrows knowledge gained from not just the Highball, but also Danny MacAskill's trials bike, to produce a ride so law-abiding you'd think HR had sent it on a compliance training course. Geometry plays a big part here, too, so we've made tweaks to improve handling for smaller riders and reduce toe overlap. The reworking of the 52/54cm frames means the Stigmata now comfortably suits riders from 5'3" and up. Meanwhile, different fork offsets (50mm for the 52-54cm sizes, and 45mm for the 56-61cm sizes) help ensure your little piggies don't go to market on the front wheel. Topped off with tidy details like 12mm front axle, flat mount brakes, and build-specific Reserve wheel packages, the Stigmata is designed to let you decide whatever the heck you want this category to be.

That meant making something lightweight but also really efficient. This is the (super)lightest suspension we've ever made. Frame Sizing If you're on the cusp between the recommended height range of two sizes, the absolute best thing is to try to ride them both. At a minimum, check the stack/reach measurements on your current bike and compare it to the new model you are looking at to get an idea of a fit you are already comfortable with. If riding the bike is not an option, consider the following. Personal Preference A larger size frame will be more stable and will give you more room to move without upsetting the weight balance of the bike. The larger size will put the front wheel further in front of you, which gives the feeling of security and conversely, it will require more significant body movements when you WANT to shift the weight bias of the bike. Think hard about your riding style and how active/intuitive you want it to be vs. stable and speedy. You'll need to work a bit harder to muscle the larger bike around. Body Dimension Not all bodies at a given height are the same. If you have longer legs and a shorter torso than the average person your height, that may push you towards the smaller of the recommended sizes. If you're all torso and arms, most likely you'll want to size up.
